青年人才择业价值取向,是研究青年人才择业问题最为核心的部分。从社会资本理论来看,青年人才择业实际上就是寻找与自己社会性更为匹配的组织的过程,期望通过自身资源与组织在社会属性层面得到优化配置,实现人才价值的增值。在我国全面深化改革、经济体制转轨、就业制度改革、价值观念变迁等社会转型背景下,从社会资本的视角来研究我国青年人才择业价值取向问题,有利于揭示青年人才择业的内在社会机理,揭示青年人才流动的基本规律。本文在借鉴国内外学者对人才择业价值取向问题研究成果的基础上,基于社会资本视角,结合青年人才的特征,通过对518名各类青年人才的调查问卷和访谈数据,归纳总结进而提炼出青年人才择业价值取向的社会影响因素,以期研究结果能为促进我国青年人才合理流动和有效配置工作提供理论借鉴和决策参考。
The employment orientation of young talents is the most central part of the study on the employment of young professionals. From the perspective of social capital theory, the career choice of young people is actually the process of finding an organization that is more compatible with their sociality. It expects to be optimally configured through social resources at the level of their own resources and organizations so as to realize the appreciation of talent value. Under the background of social transformation, such as the overall deepening of reform, the transition of economic system, the reform of the employment system and the change of values, the study of the employment value orientation of Chinese young talents from the perspective of social capital is helpful to reveal the inherent social mechanism of selecting young professionals and reveal The Basic Law of Young Talents Mobility. Based on the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on the value orientation of talent selection and employment, based on the social capital perspective and the characteristics of young talents, this paper summarizes the questionnaire and interviews data of 518 young talents of all kinds and sums up the youth The social influence factors of employment value orientation of talents are selected in order to provide theoretical reference and decision reference for promoting the rational mobility and effective allocation of young talents in our country.
