经10个玉米自交系及其按不完全双列杂交法组配的25个组合为材料,研究了玉米籽粒灌浆特性的遗传效应。结果表明:玉米自交系灌浆的动态变化过程表现为前快、后快和平缓三种类型。后快型亲本为大粒亲本。在各类型亲本构成的不同组配模式中,前快×后快型的灌浆速率及粒重的平均特殊配合力效应值最高,其次为平缓×后快型,所以认为,以提高杂交种粒重为选择指标的自交系最佳组配模式为前快×后快型,其次为平缓×后快型。
Ten maize inbred lines and their combinations by incomplete diallel cross combinations of 25 combinations of materials to study the grain filling characteristics of maize genetic effects.
