改革开放以来,中国对外工程承包一路高歌猛进。2011年,中国对外承包工程新签合同额1423亿美元,完成营业额1034亿美元。中国工程承包企业“走出去”经历了三个阶段:从最初的劳务输出、参与低中端工程承包、到今天参与全球高端市场竞争并输出标准。近年来,中国对外承包工程企业创新经营模式、转变经营理念,发展核心竞争力、充分发挥综合外经企业的优势,实施高端市场战略,不断提高对综合资源的整合能力。
Since the reform and opening up, China's foreign engineering contracting all the way triumphantly. In 2011, China newly contracted foreign contracted projects amounted to 142.3 billion U.S. dollars and completed a turnover of 103.4 billion U.S. dollars. China's engineering contracting company “Going Global” has gone through three stages: from the initial export of labor services, participation in the contracting of low and medium-end projects, to today's global high-end market competition and export of standards. In recent years, China's foreign contracted engineering enterprises have innovated their business models, changed their management concepts, developed their core competitiveness, gave full play to the advantages of integrated foreign enterprises, implemented high-end market strategies and continuously improved their ability to integrate with comprehensive resources.
