简要介绍了艾柯夫采煤机摇臂一级法兰大修中存在的外圆啃伤,内孔尺寸超差和销孔位置度偏差3个问题,根据工件不同位置的装配性能和尺寸要求,以减小变形和减小加工余量为原则,分别制定了以XHD646、Fe基不锈钢粉末和ER49-1为焊材的手弧焊、激光熔敷焊和混合气体保护焊为主的方案设计,最终使工件修复完好,交付使用。
