改革开放以来,国有企业改革一直是我国整个经济体制改革的中心环节,也是公认的全球性难题。历时20多年的国企改革取得了举世瞩目的成效,受到国内外的广泛关注。特别是近年来,国企改革在政企分开上迈出重大步伐,国有经济布局和结构得到改善,股份制改革步伐加快,现代企业制度建设逐步推进,企业整体素质明显提高,经济效益大幅增长,为我国经济发展和社会进步做出了重要贡献。
