教学目的:近一段时间以来,胡锦涛、习近平等中央领导同志多次明确提出选人用人要坚持德才兼备、以德为先。党中央郑重提出德才兼备、以德为先的选人用人原则,这既是我们党的一贯要求,也是新的时代条件下的特殊要求。本次党课阐析了广大党员干部特别是领导干部加强道德修养的重要性,论述了道德修养的内涵,提出了明确道德修养的基本路径。 Teaching Objectives: Recently, Hu Jintao, Xi Jinping and other leading comrades in the Central Government have made it clear on many occasions that candidates for employment should adhere to the principle of combining moral integrity with ability and taking moral as the first priority.
