为考察茶皂素联合联苯菊酯对白蚁进行灭治是否具有增效作用,采用浸纸法分别测定茶皂素、联苯菊酯及不同比例、浓度的混剂作用于圆唇散白蚁的毒力活性。结果表明,单独使用茶皂素处理白蚁,毒杀效果不明显;单独用联苯菊酯处理白蚁,具有较强的毒杀效果,LC50为7.038 mg·L-1;而将联苯菊酯和茶皂素按不同比例混合作用于白蚁,其增效作用明显,混剂的毒杀作用明显高于茶皂素或联苯菊酯的单独处理。当混剂按5:5配比时,其LC50为2.144 mg·L-1,共毒系数达到最大,为328.26。可见茶皂素对联苯菊酯防治白蚁有明显的增效作用。
In order to investigate whether tea saponin combined with bifenthrin had synergistic effect on the treatment of termites, tea saponin, bifenthrin and mixtures with different proportions and concentrations were tested respectively by immersion paper method for the treatment of termites Toxicity activity.
