黑龙江省图书馆学会开放服务研讨会于1992年12月10日至12日在哈尔滨举行。参加会议共有来自全省图书馆的55位代表,共交流论文64篇。代表们一致认为开放服务在我省推行两年来,收到了显著的成效。代表们讨论了开放服务的意义和如何开放服务等新课题。会议对下述问题取得了共识:一、开放服务是针对传统型图书馆封闭服务方式提出的重大改革,是属于图书馆学中读者学范畴的内容,有着丰富的内涵。
Heilongjiang Provincial Library Society Open Service Seminar was held in Harbin from December 10 to December 12, 1992. A total of 55 delegates from the province’s library participated in the conference and 64 papers were exchanged. The deputies all agreed that the opening service has been implemented in our province for two years and received remarkable results. Delegates discussed the significance of opening up services and how to open new services and other issues. The meeting reached consensus on the following issues: First, the open service is a major reform proposed for the closed service mode of the traditional library. It belongs to the content of readership in the library science and has rich connotations.
