目的运用持续质量改进方法,提高临床合理用血水平。方法充分调研找出临床不合理用血的主要原因,制定改进目标,采取整改措施,并评价效果。结果实施持续质量改进管理模式后,自体输血率由2015年的21%上升至2016年的44%,效果显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论持续质量改进应用于提高成分输血率效果显著,可提高医院输血管理水平。
Objective To improve the clinical reasonable blood level by using continuous quality improvement method. Methods To fully investigate and find out the main causes of unreasonable use of blood in clinical practice, make improvement goals, take corrective measures, and evaluate the effect. Results After implementing the continuous quality improvement management mode, the autologous blood transfusion rate increased from 21% in 2015 to 44% in 2016 with a significant effect (P <0.05). Conclusion Continuous quality improvement applied to improve the blood transfusion rate has a significant effect, which can improve the level of blood transfusion management in hospitals.
