结合交流变频调速技术和同步传动控制技术给各自的优势,提出一种基于PID的电机传动控制策略。利用PID算法对交流电机运转中出现的转速差和位置差进行补偿,最终通过调节电机运转的频率实现对速度差和位置差的补偿控制。最后利用simulink软件构建仿真模型,得到PID控制下的速度和位移差补偿曲线,验证了PID算法的可行性。
Combined with AC variable frequency speed regulation technology and synchronous drive control technology to their respective advantages, a PID based motor drive control strategy is proposed. PID algorithm is used to compensate the speed difference and position difference appearing during the operation of AC motor. Finally, the compensation of speed difference and position difference is realized by adjusting the frequency of motor operation. Finally, simulink software is used to construct the simulation model, and the compensation curve of velocity and displacement difference under PID control is obtained, which proves the feasibility of PID algorithm.
