新生儿的脐部护理新生儿的脐带直接与血液相通,如果处理不当,细菌就可能通过脐部进入血液,引起败血症,危及新生儿生命。脐带一般要一周左右才脱落,有时可长至两周。在脐带未脱落时,每天用75%的酒精擦洗脐部一次,然后用纱布盖上。脐带脱落后,可以不用纱布敷盖脐部,但仍要保持脐部干燥和清洁。新生儿低血糖低血糖会严重地影响婴儿健康,特别对脑和智力发育影响更大,婴儿低血糖多发生在新生儿期,出生后24～72小时最为多见。早产、新生儿开奶过晚(超过12小时)喂奶不及时从而造成肝糖储备耗尽。
