轻度脂肪肝一般不需要用药,通过调整生活方式等早期干预,肝脏可以逆转并恢复正常状态。有脂肪肝,最适合且最有效的运动是中等强度的有氧运动:一个星期做150分钟的有氧运动,每次30分钟左右为佳。
Mild fatty liver generally do not need medication, by adjusting the lifestyle and other early intervention, the liver can be reversed and returned to normal.
