[目的]为了解长春市宽城区食品从业人员HBV感染状况。[方法]2007年3月至2008年5月对长春市宽城区10 000名食品从业人员采用酶联免疫法进行HBV感染状况检测。[结果]10 000名食品从业人员中HBsAg阳性358例,阳性率为3.58%。男性阳性率为3.86%,女性阳性率为3.48%,男性高于女性,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同年龄组间阳性率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。抗-HBc阳性77例,阳性率为0.77%。男性阳性率为0.97%,女性阳性率为0.70%,男性高于女性,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同年龄组间阳性率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。HBeAg阳性59例,阳性率为0.59%。各年龄组均检出HBV携带者。[结论]食品从业人员HBsAg阳性率低于我国一般人群携带率,由于食品从业人员的健康状况和社会各类人群关系密切,为控制和减少食源性疾病的发生,建议对所有食品从业人员(HBV标记物阴性)接种乙肝疫苗,并进行免疫效果观察。
[Objective] To understand the status of HBV infection among food practitioners in Kuancheng District of Changchun City. [Methods] From March 2007 to May 2008, 10 000 food workers in Kuancheng District of Changchun City were tested for HBV infection by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. [Results] The 358 HBsAg positive patients in 10,000 food workers, the positive rate was 3.58%. The positive rate of males was 3.86%, the positive rate of females was 3.48%, and the males were higher than females, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). The positive rates of different age groups were statistically significant (P <0.01). The anti-HBc positive 77 cases, the positive rate was 0.77%. The positive rate of males was 0.97%, the positive rate of females was 0.70%, and the males were higher than females, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). The positive rate of different age groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). 59 cases of HBeAg positive, the positive rate of 0.59%. HBV carriers were detected in all age groups. [Conclusion] The HBsAg positive rate of food practitioners is lower than that of general population in our country. As the health status of food practitioners is closely related to all kinds of people in society, in order to control and reduce the incidence of foodborne diseases, it is suggested that all food employees HBV marker negative) inoculation of hepatitis B vaccine, and observe the effect of the immune.
