目的通过本实验的研究,寻求一种减轻阻塞性黄疸对纤溶系统损伤程度的方法。方法给阻黄模型大鼠静注内毒素后,分别检测血清t-PA水平,PAI活性及BUN浓度,以及预防性使用Svate-3后对上述指标的影响。结果阻黄时,t-PA水平相对降低,而PAI活性明显升高,纤溶系统受损。预防性使用Svate-3可提高t-PA活性,保护纤溶系统。结论阻黄时纤溶平衡失调,易于形成DIC是术后并发肾功能衰竭等的基础,机理系阻黄增加了内皮细胞对内毒素的敏感性。Svate-3可以保护内皮细胞,恢复纤溶活性,减少术后并发症。
Objective To find a way to reduce the damage of fibrinolytic system caused by obstructive jaundice through the study of this experiment. Methods After the endotoxin was intravenously instilled, the level of t-PA, the activity of PAI and the concentration of BUN in serum and the effect of prophylactic use of Svate-3 on these indexes were detected. Results yellowing, t-PA levels decreased, while the PAI activity was significantly increased fibrinolytic system damage. Prophylactic use of Svate-3 increases t-PA activity and protects the fibrinolytic system. Conclusion Dysfunctional fibrinolytic imbalance, easy to form DIC is the basis of postoperative renal failure, etc. The mechanism of yellow resistance increases the sensitivity of endothelial cells to endotoxin. Svate-3 can protect endothelial cells, restore fibrinolytic activity, reduce postoperative complications.
