针对接触式机械密封,建立了包括轴向模式和角向模式的三维稳态力学模型,考虑密封环端面接触及液膜空化,提出了数值求解方法,计算了在稳定工况下的泄漏率、液膜厚度、液膜压力和接触压力的分布形式,分析了动环初始安装误差,端面锥度等因素对接触式机械密封端面三维位置关系的影响.结果表明:初始安装误差、端面锥度对接触式机械密封的性能影响较大.所建数学模型和相关计算方法对接触式机械密封的优化设计具有一定的指导意义.
Aiming at the contact mechanical seal, a three-dimensional steady state mechanical model including axial mode and angular mode was established. The numerical solution method was proposed considering the contact of the seal ring and the cavitation of the liquid film. The leakage rate under steady conditions , Liquid film thickness, liquid film pressure and contact pressure, the effects of the initial installation error of moving ring and the taper of the end face on the three-dimensional positional relationship of the contact mechanical seal end face were analyzed.The results show that the initial installation error, The mechanical seal has a great influence on the performance of the mechanical seal.The mathematical model and the related calculation methods have certain guiding significance for the optimization design of the contact mechanical seal.
