以177份大豆微核心种质为材料,利用豆芽机进行豆芽生产实验,采用SAS 9.2对大豆百粒重、大豆芽鲜产量、大豆芽干产量、大豆芽芽长、大豆芽根长、成芽率和维生素C含量7个性状进行分析。结果表明:供试材料以上7个性状变异广泛,各性状在品种间差异显著;相关分析结果表明,大豆芽维生素C含量与干产量和成芽率呈极显著正相关,大豆芽鲜产量与百粒重呈显著负相关;以大豆芽VC含量为主要指标,筛选出7份高VC含量的大豆芽芽用种质,为选育高VC含量的优良芽用大豆品种提供育种材料。
177 soybean germplasms were used as raw material to produce bean sprouts using bean sprouts machine. SAS 9.2 was used to study the effects of 100 weight of soybean, fresh soybean sprouts production, dry yield of soybean sprouts, bud length of soybean sprouts, Rate and vitamin C content of seven traits were analyzed. The results showed that the above seven traits of the tested materials varied widely and all the traits varied significantly among the cultivars. The correlation analysis showed that vitamin C content of soybean shoots was significantly and positively correlated with the dry matter yield and yield, There was a significant negative correlation between grain weight and grain weight. Seven high VC content germplasms of soybean germplasm were screened out with the VC content of soybean germplasm as the main index to provide the breeding materials for the selection of high VC content fine bud soybean varieties.
