7月24日,宝丰县国土资源局组织土地执法队、资源稽查队及李庄国土资源所等单位,在李庄乡人民政府的大力支持下,对位于李庄乡祁家村南的一处非法采石场进行了突击检查,现场查扣了采石设备。当天行动共出动执法车辆5辆、执法人员30余人,有力打击了非法采石行为,消除了安全隐患。近期,李庄国土资源所执法人员在巡查中发现有非法采石现象。盗采分子采取休息日及夜间作业的方式,在非法采石的时间上与执法人员打时间差,加大了执法人员的执法难度。针对这种情况,李庄国土资源所改变执法模式,采取不定期巡查和分片管理等方式打击非法开采。
