近年来,我国新一轮基础教育改革明确将“综合实践活动”纳入新的课程体系,并将此类课程的宗旨定位在“强调学生通过实践,增强探究和创新意识,学习科学研究方法,发挥综合运用知识的能力,培养学生的社会责任感”。综合性学习是一种课程组织形态,不受学科分类束缚,在活动中深化、扩展学习。由此可见,综合实践课程不同于学科课程,它不是以单一学科系统知识体系为基础的课程,也不是任何一门学科课程的简单延伸,它的主题应具有综合性和实践性。因而它与每一门学科,都有着广泛的联系性;它不同于一般的科学实验课或学科研究课,它更不是一门狭义的科学课程,它的主题应具有较强的社会性和开放性。那么它与语文教学就不能随意割裂开来,它们之间应互相渗透,相互融合的。

So it has a wide range of contact with each subject; it is different from the general science experiment class or subject research class, it is not a narrow scientific curriculum, its theme should have a strong social and open Sex. Then it can not be arbitrarily separated from the Chinese teaching, and they should permeate and blend with each other.
