棉花自然单倍体植株发现较早,并已通过孤雌生殖、双胚、种间杂交、半配生殖和辐射处理等获得了棉花单倍体。但棉花的花药培养尚未得到单倍体植株。棉花是二倍体和异源四倍体,染色体数为2n=2x=26和2n=4x=52,自然单倍体的概率很低。产生双胚的频率约为1/2~2.5
Natural haploid cotton plants were found earlier, and cotton haploid has been obtained through parthenogenesis, double embryo, interspecific hybridization, semi-mating and radiation treatment. However, cotton anther culture has not been haploid plants. Cotton is diploid and allotetraploid with 2n = 2x = 26 chromosomes and 2n = 4x = 52 chromosomes. The probability of natural haploid is very low. Generate double embryo frequency of about 1/2 ~ 2.5
