目的　探讨术中留有功能的额肌筋膜瓣在上睑下垂矫正术中的特殊作用。方法　应用术中存留功能的额肌筋膜瓣治疗各种原因所致先天性上睑下垂34例, 其中双侧16例。结果　术后经过3个月以上随访, 上睑缘均位于角膜上缘下1~3 mm之间, 重睑线和睑缘弧度自然满意。结论　术中保留额肌上提功能, 有利于判断额肌确切位置, 避免不必要的过多分离, 尤其二次手术时, 避免损伤或(和) 误缝周围组织, 同时有助于客观预测术后上睑活动幅度和睑缘弧线动态变化, 使手术简单化, 总体效果得到提高。 Objective To explore the special role of the frontal muscle fascial flap in the correction of ptosis. Methods The amount of function retention in front of muscle fascia flap operation for 34 cases of congenital ptosis, of which 16 cases on both sides. Results After 3 months follow-up, the upper eyelid was located between 1 ~ 3 mm below the upper corneal margin, and the eyelid line and eyelid margins were naturally satisfied. Conclusions The intraoperative reserve of supraspinatus can help determine the exact position of the frontal muscle and avoid unnecessary excessive separation. Especially in the second surgery, it can avoid damage or (or) mistakenly suture the surrounding tissue and help to predict objective operation After the upper eyelid amplitude and eyelid arc dynamic changes, the surgery simplified, the overall effect is improved.
