从2010年9月开始,我们连续地对学生作业时间,作业难度进行监控并每周反馈,学生课业负担得到有效控制。在此基础上,我们对学业负担监控的制度建设、运行机制、约束机制等进行了认真的研究,基本形成了一套科学规范富有人文关怀的管理机制。我们认为通过完善的制度建设,能够有效监控初中生学业负担。同时,以学业负担有效监控的动力机制作为桥梁,实现从制度到文化的跨越,使学业负担监控逐步实现从强制约束到自觉行动的转变。
From September 2010 onwards, we continuously monitor the students ’working hours and homework difficulty and give weekly feedbacks so as to effectively control the students’ homework load. On this basis, we conducted a careful study on the system construction, operation mechanism and restraint mechanism of the monitoring of school-based burdens, and basically formed a set of scientific and standardized management mechanism full of humanistic concern. We believe that through a sound system construction, we can effectively monitor junior high school students’ academic burden. At the same time, taking the dynamic mechanism of effective monitoring of academic burdens as a bridge, the leap from institution to culture is carried out so that the monitoring of academic burdens can be gradually transformed from mandatory restraint to conscious action.
