为满足风叶在高温环境下能正常工作并尽量减轻风叶负载重量,本文选用冷轧板ST14作为风叶材料并采用组合式结构;为满足静平衡指标,在套筒拉深件上先保留端面平面并冲出用于传递转矩的工艺方孔,在套筒侧孔冲裁模上采取凹模静止而让套筒随分度盘转动的措施,而等分精度由分度销和分度盘上的定位槽保证;在叶片与套筒的焊接工装中,选用了快速夹钳标准件,以简化模具结构、提高夹紧的可靠度和生产效率;在最终的检测环节,利用风叶重量轻的特点,以静平衡替代动平衡检测,在实际生产中收到了较好的效果。
