高职法律教育是高等法律教育的一个重要组成部分。本文通过对高职法律教育与法律本科教育的对比分析,认为高职法律教育要在高等法律教育体系中立足,首先必须找准其自身的定位。笔者通过对高职法律教育自身定位的分析,提出高职法律教育应围绕着法律职业技能教育展开,着重培养法律辅助职业人员的观点。
Higher vocational legal education is an important part of higher legal education. Through the comparative analysis of law education and law undergraduate education in higher vocational colleges, this paper argues that legal education in higher vocational education should be based on higher legal education system. First, we must find its own position. The author analyzes the position of legal education in higher vocational education, and puts forward that the legal education in higher vocational education should focus on the legal vocational skill education and emphasize on cultivating the legal assistant to professionals.
