施教之功,贵在引导。做为教学原则的核心要素和教法的主体表现形式的引导,在施教中历来发挥着特有的教育功能和教学功能。由于它对学生的智能教育、情感教育和意志教育并重的整体人格教育发挥着启迪、催化,疏理和诱导作用,因而博得广大教育工作者的一致公认和广泛应用。 做为引导,从宏观上来说,将会对学生的整体素质教育的健康发展始终起着导向作用。但从具体的微观上来讲,它有其各自的内涵和独特的功能。并在具体实施的形式特征上有着明显区别。可以认为“引”在教育教学中,是教师根据教学规律和学生认识规律,在每个新的信息输出时教师所精心“调色”的具有目的性和方向性的启发提问,它是为学生的思维不断指出正确的方向。所以,教师引的方向和归宿是教育教学目标,是直接为完成教学目的服务的。作为引力,它起着“火车头的牵引”和“头雁的领航”作用。而导则不然,它是教师在处理学生的反馈信息时,发现学生思维流向脱轨偏离和停滞不前时的微型启发、点拨、暗示等加以疏
