目的:研究影响玳玳果滴丸成型的各种因素,确立最佳制备工艺。方法:以滴丸的硬度、圆整度、溶散时限和丸重差异作为综合评定指标,采用单因素考察和正交试验优选出滴丸的处方和成型工艺。结果:玳玳果滴丸的最佳制备工艺为:药液温度85℃,滴距5cm,冷却距离70cm;最佳基质为聚乙二醇6000∶聚乙二醇PEG4000(PEG6000∶PEG4000)=2∶1;最佳冷却剂为液体石蜡∶二甲基硅油=2∶1;最佳药效部位与基质比例为1∶4。结论:本法工艺简单、可行、稳定,重现性好,可作为玳玳果滴丸的制备工艺。
Objective: To study the various factors that influence the forming of toadstool pills and establish the best preparation process. Methods: The drop hardness, roundness, dissolution time and weight difference as a comprehensive evaluation index, single factor test and orthogonal test to optimize the prescription and forming process of dropping pills. Results: The optimal preparation of toadstool pills was as follows: liquid temperature 85 ℃, drip distance 5cm, cooling distance 70cm; optimal matrix was polyethylene glycol 6000: polyethylene glycol PEG 4000 (PEG 6000: PEG 4000) = 2 : 1; the best coolant is liquid paraffin: dimethicone = 2: 1; the best ratio of the effective site to the matrix is 1: 4. Conclusion: The method is simple, feasible, stable and reproducible, which can be used as the preparation process of toadstool.
