本文分析了交流电位法测量表面裂纹深度的基本原理及其主要影响因素,为正确设计和使用这一类裂纹测深仪提供了指导,并介绍了一台自制的交流电位法裂纹测深仪。该仪器首次采用了交流恒电流源,加强了屏蔽和滤波,使信噪比大大提高。用多种截面尺寸和深度的人工模拟裂纹作为样本,拟合出四次多项式刻度曲线,便于对材质等因素作出修正。大量测试数据表明,该仪器精密度高(±1%),使用方便。
This paper analyzes the basic principles and main influencing factors of surface crack depth measured by AC potential method, provides guidance for the correct design and use of this type of crack depth sounder, and introduces a homemade AC potential crack depth sounder. The instrument uses AC constant current source for the first time, which enhances shielding and filtering, greatly improving signal-to-noise ratio. With a variety of cross-sectional size and depth of the artificial simulated crack as a sample, fit the fourth polynomial calibration curve, easy to material and other factors to be amended. A large number of test data show that the instrument high precision (± 1%), easy to use.
