高效课堂应紧紧围绕新课改的知识与技能、过程与方法和情感、态度与价值观的三维目标,特别要加强人性养育,切实落实情感、态度与价值观这一维度目标,不仅要关注教学质量,更要注重社会效益。教师应知识与能力并重,关注学生发展,让学生的知识内化为理想与信念,外化为行为,并延伸到课堂之外,并体现于社会实践中。真正的高效课堂应是“知识的超市,生命的狂欢”。既然课堂教学是教师和学生共同生活的舞台,高效课堂就应从教师和学生两方面努力。
