根据安徽地区 5幢典型底框抗震墙砖房的设计资料及施工图设计出相应的普通纯框架结构房屋 ;编制两种结构房屋的结构造价预算 ,计算出两者的结构总造价及单价等经济指标 ;对该经济指标计算结果进行分析 ,从而对底框抗震墙砖房的经济性能作出定量评价。
According to the design information and construction drawings of five typical seismic-resistant brick houses with bottom frame in Anhui area, the corresponding ordinary pure frame-structured houses are designed. The construction cost budget of the two kinds of structural houses is compiled and the total cost and unit price of the two structures are calculated Indicators; the economic indicators of the results of the analysis, so as to the bottom of the seismic wall brick house economic performance to make a quantitative evaluation.
