以政务微博为中心形成的社会网络为依托,在分析网络结构演化动力的基础上,构建了微博知识推送过程中形成的知识网络。基于网络结构决定网络功能,以优秀政务微博“北京发布”为实例,通过对不同时间段形成的知识网络的主要结构性指标的对比分析,从知识协同视角分析了封闭性系统在内生动力作用下演变的方向和规律,提出今后政务微博建设工作的方向,为实现政务微博平台的政府和公众之间的知识协同提供理论指导。
Based on the social network formed by the government micro-blog, based on the analysis of the evolution of the network structure, a knowledge network formed during the push of the knowledge is constructed.
