通过在蜗壳进、出口及导叶出口3个断面布置五孔测球对三峡水电站模型水轮机引水部件中流动特性的测量表明,蜗壳进口断面的流动符合圆管流动的规律,蜗壳出口断面中有明显的二次流。导叶中心线上下流动基本对称,导叶出口的总速度、各速度分量及速度环量由上至下逐渐增大。本文报导了最优工况及偏离工况的测量结果并作了初步分析,对水轮机引水部件及转轮的设计提出了有益的建议。
The measurement of the flow characteristics in the water diversion part of the turbine of Three Gorges Hydropower Station by the five-hole measuring sphere arranged at three sections of the inlet and outlet of the volute and the outlet of the guide vane shows that the flow at the inlet section of the volute conforms to the rule of circular tube flow, There are obvious secondary flow. The centerline of the guide vane moves symmetrically up and down, and the total velocity at the outlet of the guide vanes, the speed components and the speed loop volume gradually increase from top to bottom. In this paper, the measurement results of optimal working conditions and deviated conditions are reported and analyzed. Some suggestions are put forward for the design of water diversion components and runner.
