农机部农机化管理局于五月中旬在湖北省云梦县召开了十四个省、市(区)县农机校培训工作经验交流会。参加会议的有省,市(区)农机局主管培训的同志,部分地、县局负责培训的同志和县农机校校长、教师等六十余人。座谈中代表们认为,随着农村多种形式生产责任制的推行,极大地调动了农民的积极性,农民的收入有了增加,有些地区的中小农机具出现了供不应求之势,基层迫切需要加强技术传授与推广工作。但当前培训工作中也出现了一些新情况和新问题:主要是人员难集中,办班人不齐,有些农民怕影响生产和个人 Agricultural Mechanization Administration of Agricultural Machinery Department held a training workshop on agricultural machinery training in fourteen provinces, cities (districts) in Yunmeng County, Hubei Province in mid-May.
