前几年,我市公费医疗管理比较混乱。小病大医、无病求医、一人公费全家享受的情况有之;医务人员开大方、送人情、搞不正之风的有之;还有一些药物生产单位靠用饭盒、文具盒等作包装来招徕生意,加大了药价。以上情况造成了药品的浪费和公费医疗费的大量超支。1982年以来,我们针对公费医疗中存在的问题,从狠抓用药管理入手,建立健全了公费医疗药品管理,取得了较好的效果。1982年我市享受公费医疗人数比上年增加了1,333人,在保证职工
