1995年在哥本哈根举行的世界首脑会议通过的《行动纲领》提出“社会发展的最终目标是改善和提高全体人民的生活质量”。这一世界性的潮流也已引起我国的重视,生活质量已被国家列为决策和发展的目标。从改革开放的至今,人们对自己的健康越来越关心,注重身心健康、享受生活、提高生活质量成为人们普遍的价值取向。休闲体育逐渐成为社会生活消费热点。
The Program of Action adopted at the World Summit in Copenhagen in 1995 proposed that “the ultimate goal of social development is to improve and enhance the quality of life of all people.” This worldwide trend has also drawn the attention of our country and the quality of life has been set by the state as the goal of policy-making and development. Since the reform and opening up, people have become more and more concerned about their own health, and pay attention to physical and mental health, enjoy life and improve the quality of life has become a universal value orientation. Leisure Sports has become a consumer hotspot of social life.
