With the improvement and development of our country’s legal system, health laws and regulations such as the Food Sanitation Law (Trial) and the Law on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases are promulgated and implemented by the state. In the face of all kinds of illegal cases, how do the law enforcement officials of our health and anti-epidemic agencies properly exercise state power to safeguard the lawful interests of the broad masses of people?
