阿魏酸钠(当归水溶性成分之一)具有缩小家兔实验性心肌梗塞范围的作用,缩小率达41％,同时也能降低豚鼠心肌匀浆耗氧量。结果表明阿魏酸钠有利于改善心肌对氧的供需失衡,对临床治疗冠心病心绞痛有一定的价值。
Sodium ferulate (one of the water-soluble components of Angelica sinensis) has the effect of reducing the experimental myocardial infarct size in rabbits, with a reduction rate of 41%. It also reduces the oxygen consumption of myocardial homogenate in guinea pigs. The results show that sodium ferulate is beneficial to improve the oxygen supply and demand imbalance of the heart muscle, and has a certain value for clinical treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.
