目的了解北京市昌平地区呼吸道感染患者病原体的构成及流行情况,为临床有效防治提供参考依据。方法采用间接免疫荧光法检测门诊与住院呼吸道感染患者血清中的8种呼吸道病原体IgM抗体,包括呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)、腺病毒(ADV)、流感病毒A型(FluA)、流感病毒B型(FluB)、副流感病毒(PIV)、肺炎支原体(MP)、肺炎衣原体(CPn)及嗜肺军团菌(LP)。结果共检测2 730例标本,阳性标本数为716例,阳性率为26.2%,混合感染162例,占22.6%,排名前3位的病原体是FluB、、MP和FluA;第四季度感染率最高。不同年龄组对病原体的易感性,除Flu B和PIV外,其他病原体组间差异均有统计学意义。结论呼吸道感染性疾病病原体IgM抗体中FluB的感染率最高,在第四季度尤其应注意预防感染,尽早进行呼吸道病原体谱抗体Ig M检测,使呼吸道感染患者得到正确的诊断和治疗。
Objective To understand the constitution and prevalence of pathogens in patients with respiratory tract infection in Changping, Beijing, and to provide a reference for effective clinical prevention and treatment. Methods Eight kinds of IgM antibodies against respiratory pathogens in outpatients and inpatients with respiratory tract infection were detected by indirect immunofluorescence, including respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), adenovirus (ADV), influenza A (FluA), influenza B (FluB), parainfluenza virus (PIV), Mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP), Chlamydia pneumoniae (CPn) and Legionella pneumophila (LP). Results A total of 2 730 specimens were detected. The number of positive specimens was 716, the positive rate was 26.2%. The mixed infection was 162, accounting for 22.6%. The top three pathogens were FluB, MP and FluA. The highest infection rate in the fourth quarter . The susceptibility of different age groups to pathogens, except for Flu B and PIV, the differences among other pathogens were statistically significant. Conclusions The infection rate of FluB in respiratory tract infectious disease pathogens IgM is the highest. In the fourth quarter, special attention should be paid to prevention of infection. IgM detection of respiratory pathogens should be carried out as soon as possible so that patients with respiratory tract infection can get correct diagnosis and treatment.
