’Florida sweet’ corn seed is a high quality, freshly-sold sh_2 sweet corn (Zeamays L.), but its germination rate is low and its seedlings are more susceptible to root rot than standard sweet corn (su). Daphnia dangaride bactericide as a seed protector can control the soil fungal population, and effectively increase yield without reducing ear quality.
