残余应力的现场检测对确保钢结构安全性、可靠性有着非常重要的意义。为了简化盲孔法的检测步骤,使之可以更为方便地应用于现场既有钢结构的检测工作中,引入了数字图像相关方法(Digital Image Correlation,简称DIC)测量钻孔后的释放应变,代替盲孔法中传统的应变测试方法。形成了一种钻盲孔结合DIC非接触式全应变场测量的检测方法,即DIC-盲孔法。分别介绍了盲孔法、DIC方法基本原理及近几年提出的DIC-盲孔法原理、国内外研究进展与发展趋势。从已有的试验研究来看,DIC-盲孔法已经可以较为精确地检测出盲孔释放中心点处残余应力的大小,该方法应用于现场检测优势明显。
Residual stress on-site testing to ensure the safety of steel, reliability has a very important significance. In order to simplify the testing procedure of the blind hole method, it can be more conveniently applied to the detection of existing steel structures in the field. Digital Image Correlation (DIC) is introduced to measure the released strain after drilling, Instead of the traditional blind hole method of strain testing. Formed a blind hole combined with DIC non-contact full strain field measurement method, that is, DIC-blind hole method. The blind hole method, the basic principle of DIC method and the principle of DIC-blind hole method proposed in recent years are introduced respectively. The research progress and development trend both at home and abroad are introduced. From the existing experimental studies, DIC-blind hole method has been able to more accurately detect the size of the residual stress at the center of the blind hole release, the method has obvious advantages for field detection.
