本文研究了反丁烯二酸试样中微量顺丁烯二酸的测定方法。在pH=6 含8%乙醇0.2mol/L NH_3/NH_4Cl底液中,顺丁烯二酸三阶导数卷积极谱波的峰电位为-1.36V(vs.SCE),浓度线性范围0.07~50μg/ml。允许共存顺式与反式丁烯二酸的浓度比为1∶250。20次测量的相对标准偏差为1.1%。标准回收率在96~103%以内。分析测定结果与气相色谱法一致。总反应电子转移数为2,电极反应不可逆,电极过程有氢离子参与反应。
In this paper, the method of determination of trace maleic acid in fumaric acid samples was studied. The peak potential of the third order derivative convolutive polar wave of maleic acid was -1.36 V (vs.SCE) in the aqueous solution of 0.2 mol / L NH_3 / NH_4Cl with 8% ethanol at pH = 6. The linear range of the concentration was 0.07 ~ 50 μg / ml. The relative standard deviation allowed for the co-existing cis- and trans-butenedioic acid concentration ratio of 1: 250. Measurements were 1.1%. The standard recovery rate is within 96 ~ 103%. Analysis and determination results consistent with the gas chromatography. The total reaction electron transfer number is 2, the electrode reaction is irreversible, and the hydrogen ion in the electrode process participates in the reaction.
