通过对十余年来普通高中新课程的实施过程的反思,发现新课程的教学理论与教学实践相融合的问题是阻碍新课程要求全面落实的核心问题,表现为:新课程倡导的教学理念没有很好地转变为教师自觉的教学行为;新课程倡导的“自主、合作、探究”的学习方式没有真正地落到实处;新课程旨在培养学生实践能力和创新意识的价值取向没有全面融入教学过程。要解决这些问题,需要学校切实开展基于实践问题的理论研讨,开展理论指导下的实践反思,开展教学目标的研究活动,以此促进新课程的教学理论与教学实践的深入融合,助推新课程理念的深入落实。
