青年教师是当前高职院校的中坚力量,是振兴教育的重要主体,其肩负着为社会培养高素质技术技能型人才的重要职责。特别是当前正处于课程改革的关键时期,青年教师的学习能力比较强,可以更加容易地顺应时代教育的要求而做出改变,所以采取有效的策略来全力地提升他们的职业技术教育能力是当前高职院校教学的重点内容。本文从当前我国高职院校青年教师职业技术教育能力培养的现状入手,重点就其成因和培养策略进行了探究。
Young teachers are the backbone of the current vocational colleges and an important part of the rejuvenation of education.
