1995年的全国地市级锅炉科长研讨班由劳动部职业安全卫生与锅炉压力容器监察局主办,湖南省劳动厅和张家界市劳动人事局协办,于10月12日～17日召开。来自全国各地的近30名科长参加了研讨。这次研讨班主要是:讲解锅炉、压力容器、检验方面的现行法规规章的主要内容,执行情况及存在问题等。同时,还请了我部闫宝卿同志讲解了依法行政等方面的法律基本知识。通过座谈讨论,交流经验加深了对
In 1995, the seminar for chiefs of municipal-level municipal-level boilers was organized by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration of the Ministry of Labor and the Boiler and Pressure Vessel Supervisory Bureau.
