2011年以来,在奉化市委、市政府的高度重视和上级部门的关心支持下,奉化市水利建设乘着中央一号文件首次聚焦水利改革发展的东风,开工建设甬江防洪工程东江、剡江奉化段堤防整治工程。围绕这个“水”字,奉化市水利局通过深化水利建设市场化运作机制,拓展融资渠道、创新管理模式,以破解平原内涝难题保障经济社会发展为目标,攻坚克难,通力协作,着力为宁波市“六个加快”和奉化市实力城市、品质城市和文化强市“三大建设”战略目标提供坚实的支撑和保障。
