淮安市粮食局近年来,紧紧围绕粮食经济建设开展职工教育,取得了可喜的成绩。1987年度,被评为淮阴市粮食系统职教工作先进单位。他们的主要经验是层层领导抓教育,形式灵活办法多。一、在提高认识的基础上,切实加强对职教工作的领导。为了提高各级组织对搞好职教工作重要性的认识,近年来,他们注意利用各种机会,对企业负责人和从事职教工作的干部进行教育,着重从三方面去提高他们的思想认识;一是从改革的要求看,增加广大职教干部的紧迫感。二是从精神文明建设看,激发他们的荣誉感。三是从粮食经济发展看,增强他们的责任感。在提高认识的基础上,他们又采取了三条措施来加强对职教工作的领导:
