主任、副主任、各位委员:市第九届人民代表大会第一次会议期间,张伟国等十二名代表提出议案,希望市人大作出关于认真宣传贯彻《中华人民共和国道路交通管理条例》,整顿交通秩序的决议,大会主席团将这个议案交由法制委员会审议。会后,我们与公安等有关部门共同研究,并组织部分市人大代表对本市的道路交通管理情况进行了视察和了解。经法制委员会第四次会议审议认为:本市的道路交通问题已成为全体市民共同关心和议论的“热 Director, Deputy Director, Members: During the first meeting of the Ninth People’s Congress, 12 representatives including Zhang Weiguo put forward the motion and expressed the hope that the Municipal People’s Congress made a proposal on seriously publicizing and implementing the ”Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on Road Traffic Management," rectifying traffic Order, the presidium of the General Assembly referred this motion to the Legislative Affairs Commission for consideration.
