目的制备五珍口腔溃疡膜,为临床提供一种安全、有效的新制剂。方法 76例复发性口腔溃疡患者,随机分成治疗组(40例)与对照组(36例)。治疗组给予五珍溃疡膜治疗;对照组给予五珍散治疗。观察疗效。结果经治疗,治疗组显效34例,有效4例,无效2例,总有效率为95.0%。对照组显效22例,有效6例,无效8例,总有效率为77.8%。治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且两组均无不良反应发生。结论该膜剂制备工艺简单,安全稳定,疗效可靠,可在临床推广使用。
Objective To prepare Wuzhen oral ulcer membrane for the clinical to provide a safe and effective new formulations. Methods A total of 76 patients with recurrent oral ulcer were randomly divided into treatment group (40 cases) and control group (36 cases). The treatment group was given Wushen ulcer membrane treatment; the control group was given Wuzhen powder treatment. Observe the effect. Results After treatment, the treatment group markedly effective in 34 cases, effective in 4 cases, 2 cases, the total effective rate was 95.0%. In the control group, 22 cases were markedly effective, 6 effective and 8 ineffective, with a total effective rate of 77.8%. The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P <0.05). And no adverse reactions occurred in both groups. Conclusion The preparation of the film is simple, safe and stable, reliable, and can be used in clinical promotion.
