哈尔滨市第一医院档案工作起步较晚,建院以来档案一直分散于各科室,没有进行集中、统一、规范管理。从1997年起在各级领导的指导、帮助下,我院的档案管理工作仅用两年的时间便取得巨大成就,不仅晋升为档案管理国家二级单位,并且于今年年初通过了国家一级档案管理单位的考评。其中最重要的因素是院领导思想解放,牢固地确立起档案工作的开拓意识。一、领导思想认识的提高是做好档案工作的关键我院始建于1913年,具有80多年的历史。多年来
