国际货币基金组织(IMF)近日发表年度报告指出,全球经济在金融危机冲击之后,正在走向复苏之路,预计全球经济,2000年上升3.5％。 报告指出,美国经济表现出巨大潜力。美国11月份失业率为4.1％,是30年来最低水平。欧洲经济状况正在好转,今年的增长会进一步加强。 报告还说,在韩国的带动下,2000年亚洲经济复苏速度将加快。拉美预计今年经济增长3.5％,超过欧盟国家,受惠于1999年油价剧升,俄罗斯经济今年也会取得温和增长。
The International Monetary Fund recently released its annual report that the global economy is on the road to recovery after the financial crisis and the global economy is expected to rise by 3.5% in 2000. The report pointed out that the U.S. economy has shown great potential. The United States jobless rate was 4.1% in November, its lowest level in 30 years. The economic situation in Europe is improving and this year’s growth will be further strengthened. The report also said that with the help of South Korea, the economic recovery in Asia will accelerate in 2000. Latin America expects economic growth of 3.5% this year, surpassing that of EU countries and benefiting from sharp oil price hikes in 1999 and Russia’s economy will also see moderate growth this year.
