教学是学校的中心工作,党和国家的教育方针,正是在教学(包括第二课堂教学)活动中得以全面贯彻的。因此,教学管理是学校管理的核心,教学管理水平是学校管理水平的重要尺度。我校的教学管理体系是教学副校长——教务处——教研组——年级备课组,通过这个体系进行质量管理。由副校长主管教学工作,教务处发挥参谋、协调和具体指挥的职能作用,以教研组及其下设的年级备课组为质量管理的基本单位,同时,充分发挥年级组的作用。由于教学活 Teaching is the central task of the school.
