制定了无人机电磁兼容性质量控制管理、管理措施以及控制计划,并提出了质量控制管理下进行无人机电磁兼容性组织管理、设计管理和电磁兼容性测试的方法,以及判断无人机系统是否兼容的总体公式和频谱分配的方法.实际测试结果表明,该方法的准确率在90%以上.根据多次测试的结果,统计得出了无人机应满足的系统级电磁兼容指标,得到对无人机造成伤害的电磁环境场强极限值在0.1~8×103MHz频段中为60~200 V/m,无人机系统级电磁辐射极限场强在0.1~2×103MHz频段中为60~100 dB.μV/m.该质量控制管理方法已经应用于某型无人机的电磁兼容性设计中,依照GJB3567—99以及在实际飞行场地中采用410A敏感度测试系统进行测试,结果显示:该无人机各机载设备工作正常,未出现设备失灵或降级情况,说明该质量控制管理方法是有效的.
